Delivery & Returns


Your furniture will usually be delivered within 6-8 weeks from your order date. During busier periods lead times can be slightly longer, we will contact you if we anticipate a longer delivery date.

We use a specialist furniture courier company for deliveries. Delivery to mainland England is included in our furniture prices. For the rest of the UK, an area surcharge is applicable. See below map for details.

Our delivery service is ‘door-to-door’ which means items are delivered to the threshold of your home. Our friendly drivers will often assist in taking items beyond the threshold, but they are not obliged and are not insured if any damage is caused to your furniture or property in assisting you, therefore we cannot be held responsible.

For bulky or heavy furniture, you will need to organise assistance for our driver at your home. A re-delivery charge will apply if we arrive at a destination with stairs, awkward access or bulky items and the recipient has not made arrangements to assist the driver. Note: It is illegal for our drivers to stop on a red-route, you must make alternative arrangements.

Due to health and safety restrictions we cannot remove any existing furniture from your home.

Gifts purchased online will be delivered by second class Royal Mail/Parcelforce or equivalent. Gifts cost £4.99 for UK-wide delivery.


In the event that you wish to cancel an order in full or in part then you should notify us as soon as possible.

You cannot cancel made-to-measure, customised or bespoke items once the order has been confirmed. If you do wish to cancel all or part of an order for made-to-measure, customised or bespoke items at any time after order confirmation then you will remain liable to pay for the goods in full.

We reserve the right to cancel your order (in full or in part) at any time due to any reason including, but not limited to, the discontinuation of items or an inability to source the materials to make your order within a reasonable time. We will notify you via the contact details you provide. Any payments made for such cancelled items will be refunded. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation.


If you are not delighted with your new furniture, please contact us within 14 days our your delivery to arrange a collection. Once the item has been returned, we will refund your original purchase price, less delivery and collection costs. These vary according to the size of the item and your location: Please contact us for current costs.

Returned furniture must be in a new and unused condition. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. No refunds or exchanges can be given on made-to-measure, customised or bespoke items unless there is a manufacturing defect. For hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped.

We use a specialist furniture courier company to carry out UK-wide deliveries. The cost of this is included in the price of your furniture purchase, however there is a fuel surcharge for deliveries that are further afield from us in Somerset. These are detailed below.
